Shrimp Curry Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) medium wide noodles, cooked and drained
    1 can shrimp, drained
    1 Tbsp. parsley

Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, curry powder and pepper. Add milk all at once and continue to stir and cook over medium heat. When smooth and thickened, remove from heat and stir in noodles, shrimp and parsley.
    Turn into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange onion rings on top. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
