Homemade Raised Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    6 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    To cream mixture, add boiling water to sugar and Crisco.
    Stir until dissolved to a liquid.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of cold water.
    Add beaten egg and salt to creamed mixture.
    Add yeast. Beat in sifted flour until you have a fairly soft dough.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Form rolls and let rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
