Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. minced, sauteed onion
    1/8 tsp.nutmeg
    dash of cayenne
    1 deep dish pie shell
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in bottom of pie shell. Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings and pour over mixture into shell.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and continue baking 25-35 minutes or until center is set.
    Let stand for ten minutes before cutting.
