Sweet Potato Pie By Reva - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. brown sugar
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. rich milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Turn into pastry-lined pan.
Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 or until pie is set and the crust is brown.
