Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground round, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place the cooked and drained ground round into a skillet.
    Add water and all remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for approximately 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
