Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 c. peaches, peeled and sliced (save any juice)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish in hot oven.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in milk and sugar to make batter.
Pour into hot baking dish. Spoon peaches over batter.
Pour juice evenly over all.
Bake 30 minutes or until batter has risen and is golden brown.
Serve hot with ice cream or dollop of sour cream.
