Mostaccioli With Spinach And Feta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter
    8 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 lb. mostaccioli or penne pasta
    12 oz. Feta cheese, crumbed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter with 2 teaspoons oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
    Add pine nuts and garlic; saute until pine nuts are light brown, about 5 minutes.
    Add spinach and tomatoes and saute until heated through, about 3 minutes.
    Place cooked pasta in serving bowl.
    Add remaining oil to pasta and toss.
    Pour spinach-pine nut mixture over and toss to coat.
    Add Feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper and toss thoroughly.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
