Ingredients

1 gal. apple cider
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
3 sticks cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
6 drops red food coloring
Preparation

Put the spices in a small cloth bag and mix other ingredients. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes; do not boil.
When done simmering, remove the spices and cinnamon.
