Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin, cubed
    1 large onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. catsup
    paprika and salt to taste
Preparation
    Mince onion; saute in butter.
    Brown meat in separate pan. Add seasoning.
    Combine casserole, adding sour cream at this time. Cover and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
