Stuffed Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium eggplants
1 lb. cleaned crab meat
2 lb. cleaned shrimp
2 medium chopped onions
1 stick butter
8 slices bread, soaked in 1 small can milk
Preparation

Boil eggplant pulp in salted water (keep shells for stuffing, if desired).
Saute onion in butter.
Add shrimp and crab meat and season to taste.
Soak bread and crumble.
When mixture is cooked and bread crumbled, stuff into shells.
Top with butter and bread crumbs.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
Serves 12.
