Small Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 c. diced apples
1/2 c. nuts or raisins

Preparation

Sift together flour and soda.
Add all other ingredients. Bake in 8-inch pan or angel food pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
