Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. raw spinach
3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 lb. fruited bacon, diced
5 scallions
3/4 c. croutons
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Arrange bacon, eggs, scallions and
croutons
over spinach. Combine all other ingredients and mix
well.
Pour\tover spinach when ready to serve.
