Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    8 soda crackers, crushed
    preferred spices
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients together and season with salt, pepper and spices to taste.
    Roll into golf ball size meatballs. Brown, then add soup and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add milk and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with baked potatoes.
    Gravy very good on potatoes.
