King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deboned chicken
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 chopped onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel chili-tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
corn tortillas
grated American cheese
Preparation

Boil until tender, 1 large hen or fryer, debone chicken and save broth.
Simmer in skillet with 3 tablespoons salad oil, chopped onion and green pepper; add can of Ro-Tel (tomatoes and chilies), chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Separately mix together cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup and broth; add this to the sauce and mix well.
