Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, thinly sliced
3 large onions, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
2 c. grated cheese
1 small pkg. sour cream
salt and pepper or seasoning salt to taste
Preparation

Brown bacon and cook until transparent, but not crisp.
Drain. Add onions.
Cook until tender.
Add potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper or seasoning salt to taste.
Cook until tender.
Add cheese.
Just before serving, add sour cream and heat to warm up the sour cream.
