Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, beating well. Combine flour, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture along with bananas, vanilla and pecans, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into 2 well-greased 8-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
