Barbecued Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 to 1 tsp. liquid smoke (hickory)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in chicken broth until tender (broth will cook down low).
    Add chicken soup and liquid smoke and stir. Melt 1 stick of butter in casserole dish and pour over rice; mix with other ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
