Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
1 c. water chestnuts, drained and chopped (if desired)
Preparation

Place spinach on paper towel and press between sheets or squeeze to absorb as much of the moisture as possible. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill mixture several hours. Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
