Cucumber Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. cucumber, finely chopped and drained
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add vinegar and onion.
    Refrigerate until syrupy.
    Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into 6 individual molds and refrigerate until firm.
    Unmold on greens and top with a dollop of mayonnaise.
    Serves 6.
