Overnight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head lettuce
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. cucumbers
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
juice of 1 large lemon
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation

Tear up lettuce.
Place in bowl.
Chop all other ingredients, except bacon and tomatoes, and sprinkle on lettuce.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Let set overnight.
Next morning, fry bacon crisp and crumble; sprinkle over salad.
Cut tomatoes in wedges and place over top.
