3 c. flour
2 c. boiling broth
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift flour and salt; scald flour with broth and stir until all flour is absorbed.
Roll out about 1/8-inch thick.
Cut into squares and drop into boiling broth; cook until tender clear through.
