Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. hot milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 12 x 8-inch dish.
    Discard outer leaves from cabbage.
    Cut into 12 wedges.
    Put wedges into a kettle; cover with water and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Boil until leaves pull away from head.
    Drain leaves well.
    Arrange cabbage in prepared baking dish.
    Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Dot with butter or oleo.
    Pour hot milk over ingredients.
    Bake 30 minutes.
