Cherry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Spread cherry pie filling in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle white cake mix over cherries.
    Pour melted margarine over top. Sprinkle almonds over all.
    Bake 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May appear runny.
    Allow to cool.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
