Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and cooked very little (squeeze out water)
    6 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. flour
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Spray an 11 1/2-inch quiche pan with Pam or grease with butter (can also use a round casserole dish).
    Cook (bake) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into pie servings.
    Will make 2 quiches.
