Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 lb. top round steak (1/2-inch thick)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except steak.
    Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes.
    Pound steak.
    Cut in serving size and place in roaster.
    Cover with sauce.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
