Cheese Cake Cheeseless - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/3 c. dry milk
    4 pkg. sweetener
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Put pineapple in blender with dry milk and sweetener.
    Soften gelatine in pineapple juice or little water. Heat to dissolve.
    Put in blender.
    Add lemon juice and flavoring. Blend 1 or 2 minutes until smooth.
    Pour into 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate.
    Divide in 1/4 = 1 milk and 1 1/4 fruits.
