Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. red potatoes, peeled and cut in large chunks
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and shake or toss in the bowl until coated evenly.
    Empty potatoes into a shallow baking dish or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, about 40 minutes until tender and golden brown.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Makes 8 servings.
