Best Ever Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. buttermilk or 1 c. regular milk and 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine, melted and slightly browned
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Rinse and drain berries; set aside.
    Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
    Make a well in dry ingredients; add milk, eggs and margarine.
    Mix well.
    Fold in berries gently. Fill well-greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Yield:
    24 muffins.
