Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in Dutch oven; bring to boil and simmer 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken, reserving 3 cups broth in Dutch oven.
    Remove meat from bones and cut into pieces.
    Add potatoes and carrots to broth and bring to boil; simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
    Add chicken, corn, tomato sauce and pepper; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Yields 2 quarts.
