Pan Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. plain flour

Preparation

Use for cakes and muffins.
Mix all ingredients until mixture is smooth.
Store covered in glass jar on pantry shelf.
Brush onto cake and muffin pans.
