Zucchini Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
