Squash Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh yellow squash
2 carrots, grated
1 c. sour cream
herb stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper
oleo
Preparation

Combine squash and onions. Grease casserole with oleo. Cover with stuffing. Pour vegetable mixture and cover again with stuffing. Dot with oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
