Mom'S Dessert Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Karo
crushed peanuts
Preparation

Cook eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar and Karo until thickened. Cool slightly.
Roll eight ripe bananas in custard mixture and then roll in crushed peanuts.
Place in dish.
Pour any remaining custard over bananas in dish and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Serves 8.
