Sugar And Honey Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a pan.
    Mix well.
    Cook until sugar dissolves.
    Cook without stirring until mixture reaches soft stage.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
    Beat with wooden spoon until it starts to thicken.
    Stir in pecans; work rapidly.
    Pour on wax paper and separate with fork.
