Chocolate Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 tsp. cocoa
2 tsp. hot water
3/4 c. white syrup

Preparation

Combine cocoa with hot water, just enough to make a thick paste.
Add white syrup; mix well.
Store in refrigerator.
