Quick Pigs In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Chop cabbage into medium pieces and spread in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Brown meat and onion; stir in rice, salt and pepper.
    In small saucepan, heat soup and water to boiling; pour over the cabbage and meat.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
