Egg Mcmom - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 English muffin
    1 slice chicken bologna
    1 egg or egg substitute
    1 slice low-fat cheese
Preparation
    Split and toast English muffin. Cut an X in the middle of the bologna and clip edges in 3 or 4 places (to keep from cupping and curling).
    Pan-fry in nonstick skillet until lightly browned, turning once.
    Place on bottom of muffin.
