Tina'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 green onions
    1 can bamboo shoots
    soy sauce
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cook rice; set aside.
    Melt butter; scramble eggs.
    Add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and sliced green onions.
    Cook about 2 minutes; add 3 or 4 dashes of soy sauce.
    Add rice; mix well. Cook on medium heat about 7 to 10 minutes.
    Add more soy sauce to taste (about 5 or 6 dashes).
    Cook on low heat about 5 minutes. Ready to eat.
