Canadian Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni (10 to 12 oz.)
    4 carrots
    1 tomato
    8 slices Canadian bacon
    1/4 medium onion, diced
    3 Polish pickles or others, squared
    2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dried parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed; chill.
    Cut carrots, tomato and Polish pickles into small squares or slices.
    Dice onion.
    Fry bacon lightly; cool down and cut into small squares.
    Put in large bowl.
    Add oil, vinegar, mayonnaise and parsley; mix well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings. Preparation time:
    45 minutes.
