Saucy Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. ziti, uncooked
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa, sliced in wedges
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cauliflowerets
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 oz. sliced pimento, drained
Preparation
    Cook ziti for 5 minutes in 3 quarts boiling water.
    Stir in kielbasa, broccoli and cauliflower.
    Continue cooking for 5 minutes, then drain.
