Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

25 lb. tomatoes, peeled, then processed or chopped
4 c. onion
4 c. green pepper
25 chopped garlic cloves
4 Tbsp. salt
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
1/2 to 3/4 c. crushed red pepper seasoning
Preparation

Cook for 3 to 4 hours, until thick.
Can in quart jars.
