Lemon Chess Pie(Sometimes Referred To As Lemon Sponge Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 large eggs, beaten (I use jumbo size)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk (I use 1% milk)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 1/2 lemons
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Using a large bowl and fork, mix sugar, flour and cornmeal.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes more.
