Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    basic sourdough
    1 scant tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Use basic sourdough as needed to form soft dough. Turn out on floured board and roll to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut out and place in greased pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
