Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash
    and boil potatoes until just tender.
    Peel, slice and place in baking dish or electric frypan (see below).
    Put margarine,
    sugar,
    water
    and lemon juice in small boiler and bring
    to
    a
    boil.
    Pour
    over potatoes.
    Bake in medium oven about 1 hour or until syrup is thick.
