Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 2/3 c. canned whole kernel corn
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add corn, salt, pepper and flour.
    Beat egg whites; fold into corn mixture.
    Fry as pancakes until golden brown.
    Serve with bacon and syrup.
