Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 c. water
    Cornish hens
Preparation
    Place hens, cut in half, skin side up in a buttered baking dish.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and curry powder together and sprinkle evenly over hens.
    Dilute orange juice with the 1/2 cup of water and pour over hens, making sure all skin is moistened. Cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Remove cover and brown skin under broiler.
    Serve remaining sauce over hens.
