Easy Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the brown sugar, milk and butter in saucepan.
    Bring to boil; boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Beat until creamy and thick enough to spread.
    Add cream if necessary for spreading.
