Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. soda
4 large eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. diced apples
1 c. black walnuts
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil, add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Add to oil mixture.
Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts; mix well.
Spoon batter into an oiled 9-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
You add the spices to the flour, soda and salt mixture.
This cake will freeze very well.
