Quick And Easy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    3 sticks (1 1/2 c.) butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    24 large marshmallows, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Add brown sugar, then the marshmallows.
    Stir until ingredients are blended.
    Pour over popped corn, stirring to coat all kernels.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes.
