Cheesy Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 stick oleo
    4 oz. crushed Ritz crackers (1 tube)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper cooked vegetables.
    Stir in 1/2 stick oleo and cheese.
    Put in buttered 2 1/2-quart dish.
